Welcome.

My name is Steve Reiser and I am respectfully asking for the support of my industry colleagues as I seek the office of President-Elect of the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®.

Steve was recently featured in the Rising Star Profile for Broker-Agent Magazine.Click Here to View Article

The theme for my campaign is “… for a change”. I chose this theme for a number of reasons.

Our industry is currently in a monumental state of change; on a national, state & local level. On a national & state level, REALTORS® are faced almost daily with negative attacks on our profession, practices & character.

On a local level, we are currently in the midst of great impending changes to our daily practice – the impact will forever change the way we do business as real estate practitioners. The regionalization of the MLS, merging of neighboring association services and the possibility of future consolidation all present opportunities as well as challenges.

Now, more than ever, our great association needs to continue its tradition of active leadership; we need a forward-thinking leader with the time, energy and commitment to champion these causes.

I believe that my leadership abilities and past experience will help me to contribute to the professionalism and advancement of our Association. When elected, I will be a contributing asset to our Association and will represent its best interests at all levels.
.

I have put together this site so that my fellow REALTORS® can learn more about my experience, my leadership abilities and my reason for seeking this position. I invite you to review my qualifications below and I ask for your vote and support in the upcoming election.  -- Steve
